Can we get additional information in the caller message?

Yes, you can. Our standard services collect contact name, contact number and a brief message from the caller – these are included in the plan pricing. You can include additional information for an additional cost – see the pricing for ‘additional fields’ within the plan that you choose.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, we won’t charge you if you want to cancel. However, please note, there is a 1-month cancellation period.
