Voice to Email - Critical Information Summary

Information about the Service

The Ozetel Voice to Email service is a message bank online. The small business owner is issued a dedicated indial phone number that identifies their voice to email platform, the call into the service and follow a list of steps to set a personalised greeting or upload a professionally recorded sound file. The customers call you and then leave a message after the greeting which is then saved as an audio file that will be immediately emailed to the email address of your choice. The Voice to Email Service can be activated as an independent service or, alternatively, bundled together with other Ozetel services such as the 1300 or 1800 number.

Ozetel has no contractual terms OR set up fees for the Voice to Email service. Here are the exciting inclusions;

Information About Pricing

The following are the current plan structures and excess minutes are charged as soon as the final included minute is reached (all prices are GST Exclusive);

Excess Minutess 30c p/min 25c p/min 20c p/min

Minimum Monthly Charges

Start-Up $10 Plan: - Total cost $10
Standard $20 Plan: - Total cost, $20
Ultra $50 Plan: - Total cost, $50

Terminations: There are no penalties for terminations, we simply invoice the month the service is cancelled as the final month (see minimum charges mentioned above).
