We’re hands on, offering responsive, personal and on-site support to help our customers maintain their operations without worry or wasting hours on hold. Getting started in NSW

We began our operations in NSW, committed to offering local customers more choice and affordability.

Growing nationally

We incorporated as Ozetel Pty Ltd as businesses around Australia began to learn about what we could offer, and we grew to meet the demand for our services.

An established network

After initially acquiring telecommunications services and network infrastructure through an intermediate supply, we took steps to better serve our customers with a direct supply. We developed a direct relationship for service supply and invested in our own hardware, all with Optus in their Sydney Data Centre.

More services for the market

After operating predominantly as a post-paid platform, we decided to expand our customers’ experience by acquiring and developing a pre-paid arm to the Ozetel platforms. This allowed us to implement real time, online management and fast service connections while providing customers the flexibility to manage their cashflow.

Improving the user experience

We’re always looking to improve and offer our customers more. After 3 years of user experience analysis and development, the new customer manage portal was released to make it easier for customers to manage their account and services.

Investing in growth

The closing of the Optus Data Centre brought us an opportunity to build a new and stronger network for our customers. While all of our tier 1 service supply remains unchanged, we’ve relocated to the state of the art NEXT DC Data Centre to house our network hardware. The move offers enhanced automations with suppliers that will bring efficiency and extra features to our customers.

After 20 years of dedicated service, we’re confident in the value we offer our customers – both those who have been there from the beginning and our newer relationships. We’ve built a new site to reflect our evolving business and showcase the services we proudly offer.
