Is the phone answering service Australia based?

Yes, it is. We understand how important a local call answering service in Australia is to our customers, so we’ve partnered with call centres that only have staff based in Australia. Because of this, charges may be slightly higher than ‘offshore’ call centre services.

Can we get additional information in the caller message?

Yes, you can. Our standard services collect contact name, contact number and a brief message from the caller – these are included in the plan pricing. You can include additional information for an additional cost – see the pricing for ‘additional fields’ within the plan that you choose.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, we won’t charge you if you want to cancel. However, please note, there is a 1-month cancellation period.
