Your service runs on a 28-day prepaid cycle. At the end of each cycle, your plan renews for the next 28 days by charging the credit card that you are required to have active and verified on your account. This automatic renewal ensures your service remains live for all features and you safeguard your business mobile service experience.
Data is included based on the plan you choose (for example, 10GB, 29GB, or 100GB). Data is not unlimited. If your business needs change, you can move to a higher-data plan.
Yes. International roaming packs are available as optional add-ons. Roaming is not enabled by default and can be added when required.
To ensure uninterrupted service, please make sure a valid credit card is saved to your account with sufficient available funds. Ozetel Business Mobile SIM plans renew automatically every 28 days via credit card.
It's also important to keep a current email address and contact number on file. If a renewal cannot be processed, we'll make multiple attempts to notify you by email and phone before taking any action. Keeping your contact details up to date helps us reach you quickly and avoid service disruption.
