Information.
Ozetel Business Mobile SIM Plans are SIM-only prepaid mobile services powered by the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network. Our plans are designed for Australian businesses that need reliable, cost-effective mobile connectivity with no lock-in contracts, no credit checks and no surprise charges. Choose a physical SIM or eSIM, and your plan automatically renews every 28 days via credit card.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Plans are prepaid and renew every 28 days.
Minimum Monthly Charge.
The minimum charge per 28-day cycle is equal to the plan price listed above. There are no additional setup fees, activation fees or SIM delivery charges.
Inclusions.
All plans include:
- Unlimited standard national calls to Australian mobiles and landlines
- Unlimited standard national SMS
- Data allowance as per plan (10GB to 180GB)
- Unlimited data rollover — unused data carries forward to the next 28-day cycle
- Physical SIM or eSIM (customer’s choice, subject to device compatibility)
- 4G network access (10GB, 15GB, 29GB, 40GB plans) or 5G network access (65GB, 100GB, 180GB plans)
- Automatic renewal every 28 days via credit card
- Number portability — bring your existing mobile number
Exclusions & Limitations.
- Data is not unlimited. Once your data allowance is exhausted, data services will be unavailable until your next renewal cycle.
- International calls and international SMS are not included. These may be available at additional cost.
- International roaming is not enabled by default. Optional international roaming packs are available as add-ons when required.
- Premium and special-rate numbers (e.g. 19xx, satellite) are not included and may incur additional charges.
- MMS is not included in unlimited SMS.
- 5G access requires a 5G-capable device and is subject to 5G coverage availability.
- Services operate on the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network. Coverage is subject to Telstra network availability in your area.
- There are no excess usage charges — fixed prepaid inclusions only.
Billing & Payment.
- Plans are prepaid and billed every 28 days.
- Payment is by credit card only. A valid credit card must be saved to your account.
- Plans automatically renew via the credit card on file. There are no manual recharge requirements.
- If a renewal payment cannot be processed, Ozetel will make multiple attempts to notify you by email and phone before any action is taken on your service.
Cancellation & Termination.
There are no lock-in contracts and no early termination fees. You may cancel your service at any time.
- To cancel, contact the Ozetel team by phone or email.
- If you cancel before the end of a 28-day cycle, any remaining balance or data is forfeited and is not refundable.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current prepaid cycle unless otherwise arranged.
Changing Plans.
You can change to a different plan at any time by contacting the Ozetel team. Plan changes typically take effect from your next 28-day renewal.
Other Considerations.
Equipment.
You will need an unlocked mobile device that supports the relevant network technology (4G or 5G depending on your plan). For eSIM activation, your device must be eSIM-compatible. No modem, router or other equipment is provided or required by Ozetel.
Network.
Services are delivered over the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network. Coverage, speeds and availability are subject to Telstra network conditions in your area. For coverage information, refer to the Telstra coverage map.

As a registered member of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), we encourage our clients to familiarise themselves with facilities and processes available to them within the TIO organisational structure. They exist to resolve problems between the provider and the consumer as a next option in the unlikely event that the Ozetel team are unable to.
