Local Numbers, (often referred to as Direct Inward Dialing) provide the gateway to your business when customers are wanting to contact you by phone. They can be purchased in any state of Australia and can increase your local market presence or be used to measure targeted marketing campaigns.

The following describes the current plan structures and rates (all pricing is GST Exclusive);

Minimum Monthly Charge.
The minimum monthly charge is the monthly base cost for the plan shown above plus any additional numbers added under that plan.
e.g
Single plan with 5 numbers added, total minimum monthly cost is $23.70
Office10 with 8 numbers added, total minimum monthly cost is $53.10
Call Tracker50 with 20 numbers added, total minimum monthly cost is $140.00
Terminations.
There are no termination fees or penalties. We simply charge for the month of cancellation (note the minimum monthly base charges above). Postpaid accounts must have funds available to pay the final month’s charge and prepaid accounts will have this deducted from prepaid funds on the account and any surplus funds returned.

- IVR Menu ($5 per month extra),
- Time of day routing,
