Information.
The Ozetel Live Answer service provides an indial phone number to a small business that can then be used as a diversion to our systems and associated call centres to have calls answered.
The agents for your business will then answer using your personalised pop up screen, take information as stipulated by that screen and collate it all in an email and SMS to your nominated contacts.
It is available as a Message Only service or a Receptionist service. The Live Answering Service can be activated as an independent service or, alternatively, bundled together with other Ozetel services such as the 1300 or 1800 numbers.

How it works.
Messaging Only:
- We answer with your business name
- We send you caller name, contact number and a brief message
- Additional fields available for +40c per included call, and on excess calls
- Your message is delivered to 1 x Email and 1 x SMS
- Additional SMS 22c per SMS
- Activation fee $25 once-off
- Cancellation term is 1 month
Receptionist:
- We answer with your business name
- We’ll transfer the call based on a team contact list you provide
- If the transfer is unsuccessful, we’ll send you caller name, contact number and a brief message
- Additional fields available for +40c per included call and on excess calls
- Your message is delivered to 1x Email and 1x SMS
- Additional SMS 22c per SMS
- Activation fee $25 once-off
- Cancellation term is 1 month
*Larger and more complex plans are available by contacting the Ozetel Team – note: the critical information about any complex service will be provided at the point of service delivery.
* We may also require prepaid funds depending on the plan chosen & the billing relationship.
Minimum Monthly Charge.
The minimum monthly charge is equal to the monthly fee charged on the plans mentioned above. This then assumes there are no additional calls over the included call amount;

Terminations.
There are no termination fees or penalties. We simply charge for months included in the 30 day cancellation period. Postpaid accounts must have funds available to pay the final charge and prepaid accounts will have this deducted from prepaid funds on the account and any surplus funds will be returned.
