Information.
Ozetel’s NBN Internet services provide an important base for your current day communications and internet requirements. Our flexible plans allow you to choose the service that is right for your organisation, be it for a large Hosted PBX Phone System or a small home office single computer user.
Pricing.
These are the current plans and pricing available for Ozetel’s NBN Internet services;

Minimum Monthly Charge.
The minimum monthly charge is equal to the monthly fee charged on the plans mentioned above.
Contract & Installation.
The following terms and respective installation charges are available;
- Month-to-Month, $99 Installation,
- 12 Months, $55 installation,
- 24 Month, Free Installation.
Terminations.
There is an early termination fee charged on services cancelled inside the contract term. The charge is a once off fee of $99.
Other Considerations.
Equipment.
Modems / Routers are available to purchase. We currently recommend and support the following devices;
- Netcomm NF20MESH, $239 +postage – a powerful business grade modem and router creating a solid service for your business,
- Netcomm NF19MESH with 4G Failover – an extra step up to provide both a solid NBN connection and failover to 4G in events of NBN failure.
Suitable for all NBN types. Postage costs range from $25 to $35 depending on speed of delivery required.
New Development.
NBN Co charge a fee when the service being activated is the first service for any new development, and we pass this on to the customer. The fee is a once off charge of $300 and applies to new dwellings, reconstructions or a new premises requiring proof of a new mailing address. Our team will let you know if your situation incurs this charge.
Requirements.
Activating an Ozetel NBN Internet service will require the following considerations;
- You will need an NBN ready modem or router,
- NBN may need to install their devices inside and outside of your premises,
- Copper lines may need to be used for certain types of NBN services so you need to consider the possibility of transferring existing business phone numbers to an internet based number.
